The Admin user can create additional users (Member or Guest). The following information may be collected:

• User identification within the household

The App allows the Admin to assign access permissions to:

• Rooms within the property
• Smart appliances

• Automation controls and scenes

• User-to-device permission mapping
• Operational logs required for system functionality

2.4 Communication & SIP Features

The App includes SIP-based voice and/or video communication functionality for supported SIP-based door phone systems.

For communication features:

• SIP credentials may be configured
• Audio/video data is transmitted in real-time through configured SIP servers
• We do not record or store call audio or video

Communication data is used only to provide real-time calling functionality.

2.5 Permissions Used by the App

The App may request the following permissions to function properly:

• Camera – Used for video communication and profile photo capture.
• Microphone – Used during voice or video communication.
• Internet & Network Access – Required to connect to smart devices and SIP servers.
• Notifications – Used to display alerts such as incoming calls or device updates.
• Foreground Service – Used to maintain active communication sessions.
• Boot Completed – Used to restore essential services after device restart.
• Media/Storage Access – Used to select profile images.

These permissions are requested only when required and are used strictly for App functionality. The App does not access device resources for background monitoring or advertising purposes.
